Welcome to lookatmy.ai ("lookatmyai", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website (lookatmy.ai), applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using lookatmy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

Eligibility: To use lookatmy.ai, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Registration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account, including actions taken by AI agents on your behalf. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of Service

lookatmy.ai provides an AI agent platform that enables users to:

Chat with large language models ("LLMs") from various providers (350+ models).
Connect to third-party applications and services (1,020+ apps) through our integration partners, enabling the AI agent to take actions on your behalf.
Create, schedule, and manage automated workflows and triggers that execute tasks across connected applications.
Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by uploading, searching, and referencing your own files.
Generate images using integrated image generation models.
Create, manage, and interact with custom AI personas.

3. AI Agent Actions and User Responsibility

Agent Behavior: Our AI agent can perform actions on your behalf across connected third-party applications, including but not limited to sending emails, posting to social media, managing calendar events, creating tasks, and modifying data in connected services.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content and actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any actions taken by the AI agent before or after execution.
Automated Workflows: Workflows and triggers may execute actions automatically without real-time user supervision. By creating automated workflows, you accept full responsibility for the actions they perform. You should test workflows carefully before deploying them.
Irreversible Actions: Some actions taken by the AI agent (such as sending emails, posting content, or modifying data in third-party services) may be irreversible. We are not responsible for any consequences of such actions.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all actions performed by the AI agent on your behalf, whether initiated manually or through automated workflows. This includes any content generated, messages sent, data modified, or transactions performed.

4. Third-Party Application Connections

Authorization: When you connect a third-party application (such as Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Instagram, Notion, or others), you explicitly authorize our AI agent to access and interact with that application on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant.
Third-Party Terms: Your use of connected third-party applications remains subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those applications. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Service in connection with third-party apps complies with their terms.
Integration Provider: Third-party app connections are facilitated through our integration partner, Composio. By connecting apps, you also agree to Composio's terms of service and acknowledge that your authentication credentials and app data may be processed by Composio to enable the integration.
No Liability for Third-Party Services: We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party applications. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by actions taken in connected apps, whether initiated by you or by the AI agent, including but not limited to data loss, account suspension, unintended messages, or unauthorized transactions.
Revocation: You may disconnect any third-party application at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting an app immediately revokes the AI agent's access to that service.
Rate Limits and Restrictions: Third-party applications may impose their own rate limits, usage restrictions, or API limitations. We are not responsible for failures or errors caused by such restrictions.

5. User Content and Data Handling

Storage: We store files, chat logs, workflow configurations, connected app metadata, and user preferences for service functionality.
No Training on User Data: We do not use your content, files, or chat logs to train our models or for any unrelated purpose.
Model Providers: Your chat messages are sent to LLM providers through OpenRouter, a model routing proxy, ensuring your requests are anonymized and cannot be traced back to your identity by the model provider. Some model providers may have their own data policies, including training on inputs. By selecting a specific model, you acknowledge the data practices of its provider.
Connected App Data: Data accessed from your connected third-party applications is processed in real-time to fulfill your requests and is not permanently stored by us unless explicitly saved as part of a conversation or file upload.
File Storage: User files are securely stored using third-party services to provide search and read functionality.
Limited Caching: Some model providers may cache anonymized user chat data temporarily for technical reasons such as prompt caching.
Data Agreements: Where applicable, we enter into agreements with providers to prohibit use of your data for training or any unrelated purposes.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is a priority for lookatmy.ai. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on:

The types of data we collect,
How your data is stored and protected,
Your rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
Using the AI agent to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages through connected applications;
Using automated workflows to violate the terms of service of any connected third-party application;
Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy of others;
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or other users' connected applications;
Using the Service to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or deceptive content;
Creating workflows designed to circumvent rate limits, abuse third-party APIs, or perform denial-of-service attacks;
Uploading malicious code or content.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Service Content: All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding user content) belong to lookatmy.ai and its licensors.
User Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded files, chat logs, and other content. By using the Service, you grant lookatmy.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content for the following purposes:
- Operating and providing the Service;
- Maintaining, improving, and developing the Service, including research and development activities;
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the Service.
We will not use your content for marketing or promotional purposes.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the AI agent (including text, images, documents, and code) may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated content, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of such content complies with applicable laws.

9. Third-Party Services & Model Providers

Some functionalities rely on third-party LLM providers, integration partners, and file storage vendors.
We make reasonable efforts to select privacy-conscious providers and establish agreements that restrict the use of user data for unrelated purposes.
However, we cannot guarantee the absolute behavior of third parties. You acknowledge and accept the potential for limited, anonymized data caching as required by model provider infrastructure for technical reasons.
Third-party service availability, accuracy, and reliability are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes to third-party services.

10. Prohibited Activities and Content

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations;
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties;
Upload or share illegal or copyrighted material without authorization;
Impersonate individuals or organizations through AI-generated content or automated actions;
Use the AI agent to access or manipulate third-party accounts or data without proper authorization.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the actions you authorize the AI agent to perform, including ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

11. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
You agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms, and all billing matters and taxes are managed by Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Details are provided during checkout.
All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and can be accessed at Refund Policy. By subscribing to our paid services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our Refund Policy.
Credit-based usage is non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Service: We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI Limitations: AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive outputs. AI agent actions may not perform as intended. You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content and reviewing all actions before relying on them.
No Liability for Agent Actions: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from actions taken by the AI agent on your behalf, including but not limited to emails sent, social media posts published, calendar events modified, data altered in connected applications, or any other actions performed through third-party integrations.
No Liability for Automated Workflows: We are not liable for any damages arising from automated workflows or triggers, including unintended actions, missed triggers, or incorrect executions.
Third-Party Damages: We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of third-party applications, services, or APIs accessed through our Service.
General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lookatmy.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service;
Actions taken by the AI agent on your behalf;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party rights or terms of service;
Content you generate, upload, or distribute through the Service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination:

All connected third-party applications will be disconnected;
Active workflows and triggers will be deactivated;
Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
